Is currently looking for:

DISPATCH CHECKER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance or any related field
• Must have 1 year work experience and strong understanding in logistics dispatching process, warehousing and inventory of supplies and materials.
• Must have a keen eye for detail to accurately review and verify dispatch documents. They should be able to spot any discrepancies or errors and take appropriate action.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact with other personnel.
• Must know how to manage and prioritize multiple dispatch tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure timely delivery. They should be able to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
• Must have an ability in analyzing and resolving problems that may arise during the dispatch process. They should be able to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure. Must be active and focus at all times.
• Math skills are necessary to perform calculations, verify quantities, reconcile dispatch records and accuracy in numerical data entry.
• Must know how to collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and admin personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Must be physically fit for it involves physically inspecting shipments, loading/unloading items, or working in a warehouse environment. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move packages or standing long hours may require.
• Multitasking abilities and willing to render extended work hours.
• Willing to work in shifting schedule.
• Willing to work on holidays and on day-offs.
