- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or any related field.
- At least 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in the construction industry.
- Must be a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer with a valid Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) certification.
- Knowledgeable in the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS), DOLE regulations, and other applicable health and safety laws.
- Experience in conducting safety inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety orientations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Willing to be assigned to project sites and work flexible hours when required.
