Job Description

As part of the Sales Support team, you’ll play a crucial role in helping our clients generate leads, book appointments, support sales cycles, and maintain clean pipelines. Whether it’s through outbound calls, follow-up emails, prospect research, or CRM updates, you’ll be providing full-spectrum support to B2B or B2C campaigns.

Job Qualifications

Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Comfortable with outbound calling, prospecting, and structured outreach.
Organized with strong attention to detail in documentation and follow-ups.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

  • Education
At least a high school graduate.
  • Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
Experience in call center, telesales, or business development support roles is preferred.
  • Bonus Points If You Have:

Handled both voice and non-voice tasks in a sales support campaign.

Worked on high-volume dialing or multi-step outreach sequences.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or client-specific platforms.
Recognized for conversion, consistency, or outbound sales performance.

Experience supporting campaigns in Australia (AU), United States (US), or Europe (EU).
