Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Cybersecurity & AI Systems Specialist to help protect our organization's technology environment while driving the adoption of artificial intelligence solutions. This role combines cybersecurity, information technology, and AI to ensure the security, reliability, and continuous improvement of our systems and business processes.

The ideal candidate is experienced in cybersecurity and IT operations, has a strong understanding of emerging AI technologies, and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and respond to cybersecurity risks, threats, and incidents.
• Implement and maintain security controls, policies, and best practices.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend appropriate remediation measures.
• Manage user access, system security, and data protection practices.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable security standards and regulations.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness throughout the organization.

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, and network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist in maintaining system performance, availability, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
• Document IT procedures, system configurations, and technical solutions.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.

• Research, evaluate, and recommend AI technologies that improve business operations.
• Implement AI-powered solutions to automate workflows and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with departments to identify opportunities where AI can enhance productivity.
• Ensure AI solutions are implemented securely and responsibly.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, and AI advancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in IT support, systems administration, cybersecurity, or a related technical role.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, network security, operating systems, and information security best practices.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation technologies, or machine learning applications in a business environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Professional certifications related to cybersecurity, information technology, cloud computing, or AI.
• Experience implementing technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, networking concepts, scripting, or automation tools.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.
