Job Title: Marketing Officer

As the Marketing Officer, you will lead and act as the strategic architect for brand growth, accelerating the adoption of digital innovations while navigating the country's intricate healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Omnichannel Strategy: Design and launch data-backed campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to boost user acquisition and brand loyalty among B2B segments.
  • Medical Content Excellence: Produce high-authority content—such as whitepapers, clinical success stories, and educational videos—that clarifies technical health-tech benefits for the local market.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize insights to monitor ROI and conversion rates, optimizing the marketing outlay to ensure high-impact results.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Product and Sales teams to align marketing messaging with technical roadmaps and sales targets.
  • Strategic Market Intelligence: Analyze shifts in the Philippine policies and competitor movements to pivot strategies in real-time.
  • Event Leadership: Orchestrate high-impact events, medical webinars, hospital roadshows, and presence at national healthcare conventions.
Required Qualifications
  • Professional Depth: 3–4 years of marketing experience, specifically within MedTech, SaaS, or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a Health Science field (e.g., Nursing or Pharmacy) with a commercial focus.
  • Digital Toolkit: Proficiency in SEO/SEM, HubSpot, and CMS management to drive organic and paid growth.
  • Local Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Data Privacy Act (DPA) and healthcare advertising guidelines in the Philippines.
  • Language Mastery: Fluent in English and Tagalog to ensure brand consistency when communicating high-level corporate strategies into relatable, impactful messaging.
