Medical Biller (Onsite)

This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate billing, timely reimbursement, and smooth workflow management.

Set-up: Office Base

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full medical billing cycle from patient registration to payment posting and account reconciliation.
• Handle insurance claims submissions, resubmissions, and appeals.
• Verify patient insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and address denials or rejections.
• Post payments accurately, reconcile accounts, and manage patient billing inquiries.
• Maintain and update patient billing records using EMR Software Tools.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant healthcare billing standards.
• Collaborate with therapists, office staff, and insurance companies to resolve any billing issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in end to end US Medical biling.
• Proficiency in AdvanceMD, Tebra or similar medical billing software.
• Thorough understanding of the end-to-end medical billing process, including claims submission, payment posting, and account management.
• Willingness to work onsite and committed in work.
• Willing to learn and to be train.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a BPO experience.
• Strong in accounts receivable and know how to read EOB's
• Good knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid
• Preferred experience in accessing payor portals, entering demographics and entering charges.
