Executive Assistant (US Financial Services, WFH)

Salary: P60,000 P70,000 (monthly package)

Schedule: Monday Friday (1:00 AM to 10:00 AM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, operations, or admin role
  • - Experience or familiarity with CRM systems, investor portals, or property management software (Appfolio, Yardi, Buildium – a plus)
  • - Comfortable using tech platforms like Notion, Discord, Google Workspace, project management tools Background in private equity, real estate, or investment management Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Nice to have:
  • Bilingual (EnglishChinese) preferred but not required
  • What will you do?
Executive Support
  • Manage complex calendars and prioritize highimpact meeting
  • - Attend select meetings, take notes, and ensure followups are tracked and completed
  • - Coordinate travel, events, and investorrelated logistics
  • - Act as liaison between departments and senior leadership
  • - Draft, filter, and manage executivelevel communications
  • Client & Investor Operations
  • Support investor onboarding: coordinate documents, system setup (e.g., Cash Flow Portal), and communication
  • - Track and maintain investor records, distributions, and account updates
  • - Ensure timely and professional responses to investor inquiries
  • - Assist in drafting and distributing investor updates and reports
  • Project & Operations Management
  • Maintain and organize Notion task boards and internal trackers
  • - Coordinate crossdepartmental followups to ensure alignment on priorities
  • - Assist with planning and implementation of SOPs, KPIs, and internal projects
  • - Provide light operational support to property management as needed (e.g., coordinating vendor schedules, lease tracking, managing followups)
