Office Staff Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform general office clerk duties and errands
- Conduct fieldwork for counter and collection
- Create and update records with accuracy and validity of information
- Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording.
- Answer phone calls, direct calls, take and deliver messages as needed; prepare outgoing email
- Prepare Delivery Receipt
- Prepare and ensure the stocks/items are well-packed for deliveries
- Monitor and use office equipment and materials (computers, printers, fax machines, scanner, physical files, etc.)
- Report any problems with office equipment; help resolve the issues if possible
- Maintain and re-stock supplies as needed
- Help organize and maintain clean office common area
Requirements:
- Completed at least (2) years College education
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience as an office staff or in related field
- Can encode data with speed and accuracy
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift loaded boxes
- Good at multitasking
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
