Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling visual stories effectively for business stakeholders
• Communicate meaningful insights from large data setse
• Teaching concepts of presentation excellence in info graphics, iconography, narrative excellence, and slide real estate
• Helps to build the recommendations with clear ROI calculations; working with OPS/CS/Strat Partner to accurately project savings by recommendations and overall
• Builds standard templates that are visually appealing and aligned to ibex BI strategy and marketing
• Leads implementation of best practices for data visualization and content development within Performance Excellence
• Works on moderately to complex tasks in support of projects as a project team member, or independently on small projects
• Partners with Performance Excellence Benchmarking and Data Integration Leads to implement leading edge data visualization and analysis capabilities
• Delivers rapid prototypes and proof-of-concept reporting capabilities using Enterprise standard tools
• Serves as Performance Excellence Reporting and Metrics representative on internal Business Intelligence COE
• Supports the development and delivery of project materiel for Insights Projects, Operations Reviews, Quarterly Reviews and Decision Support requests as needed
• Knowledge of data visualization and UI design
• Deep understanding in BPO Operations Analytics
• Ability to work well in a global team environment and develop working relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Work on the analytics team, with GMs, and CS to help synthesize questions, understand our customer data and query the correct answer in way that is easily understood
• Proactively identify insights that help stakeholders achieve their objectives and improve products and services
• Open-mindedness, creativity and ability to think outside the box

Position Requirement:

• Experience working with Big Data solutions
• Proficient with Excel, Powerpoint, PBI, and other visualization tools, open to personal preference tools for visualization
• Willingness to learn new data visualization techniques, methods and tools
• Knowledge about analytical approaches, methods and modeling
• Experience in handling multiple accounts/programs, different LOBs supporting various diverse industries
• Experience in collaborating with highly functioning Sr. Manager team of individuals
• Ability to leverage data analyses to drive improvements in sales, efficiency or customer satisfaction
• Ability to deliver cost-effective value-add through the efficient utilization of resources
• Strong Excel/SPSS and PowerPoint skills with ability to weave a story behind huge amounts of data
• Regularly interacts with senior level executives both internal and external, local and international
• Excellent communication (written/oral) and very good presentation skills
• Must be proactive, a critical thinker, a team-player and have a positive attitude
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
