Machine Operator/Technician

Is currently looking for:

MACHINE OPERATOR/TECHNICIAN – (1)

Job Overview:

Responsible for the entire operation or program of the CNC Lathe machine.

Qualifications:

• At least a Vocational Certificate, NC II or NC III in Machining, CNC Operation, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related technical course.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a CNC Machine Operator or Technician in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment and CNC Milling/CNC Lathe
• Skilled in setup, calibration, and operation of CNC machines.
• Knowledgeable in machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance

Duties:

• Handles critical machining.
• Interprets engineering drawings.
• Operates Tool Room machines other than CNC.
• Receives and carry out work order either verbal or written instructions.
• Creates geometric and algebraic program such as CAD and or CAM.
• Suggest ideas to the immediate head that can help improve the efficiency or accuracy of a certain tools, parts or machines to be fabricated.
• Responsible for basic troubleshooting or preventive maintenance of Tool Room machines.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area including the machines before and after its operation.
• Submits report as required by the immediate superior.
• Perform other related tasks as required by the Immediate Superior.
