MUST BE WILLING TO GO ON FIELD

• Key Responsibilities:
• Follow the instructions and directions of the Head of Sales and Marketing to implement sales strategies and meet company targets.
• Regularly visit hardware stores and wholesalers to promote and sell company products.
• Generate sales and collections to achieve monthly sales quotas.
• Monitor and lead the sales team to ensure they meet individual and group targets.
• Provide daily supervision, coaching, and guidance to sales staff in the field.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client issues professionally.
• Learn and master the company’s products to effectively market and present to customers.
• Submit timely and accurate sales and team performance reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, rules, and directions.
• Must be physically fit and willing to travel, as required by field activities.

✅ Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales-related work.
• Preferably with 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role, especially in retail, hardware, or general sales.
• Familiarity with hardware stores and wholesale accounts is a must.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and communication skills.
• A true team player who can guide and monitor people under pressure.
• Able to work independently while following company directives and targets.
