We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations, supervise HR staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The HR Supervisor will support recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise HR team and manage daily HR activities
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits administration
  • Support training and development programs
  • Prepare HR reports (turnover, attendance, headcount, etc.)
  • Assist management in performance evaluation processes

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of HR experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
