We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the HR Officer in managing daily HR operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth, efficient processes that contribute to a positive work environment and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and training
- Assist in payroll, benefits, and organizational development tasks
- Coordinate documentation, schedules, and communications
- Help execute HR initiatives and foster employee engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related field
- 1–2 years of HR experience, especially in recruitment
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and service-driven
- Knowledgeable in labor laws and employee relations
- Team player with a strategic understanding of HR’s business impact
