• Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and equipment in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Perform detailed calculations and analyses to ensure mechanical designs meet performance, safety, and reliability requirements.
• Create and maintain technical drawings, blueprints, and documentation using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with other engineering disciplines
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide technical solutions to operational challenges.
• Perform quality inspections and testing of mechanical components and assemblies.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and project documentation for stakeholder review.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations throughout the design and implementation process.
• Support project timelines by meeting design deadlines and delivering quality engineering solutions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
2. Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, with experience in 2D and 3D modelling.
3. Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
4. Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations relevant to mechanical engineering.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to approach complex technical challenges systematically.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical information clearly.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
8. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
9. Professional Engineer (PE) licence or equivalent certification (preferred).
10. Previous experience in water systems, hydraulics, or related industries (preferred).
