Work Location: Taguig

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree and relevant industry experience.
Total years of industry experience: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, preferably with international organizations having global in-house delivery.
Experience in handling healthcare insurance accounts in Global Capability Center (GCC) is a must
Should have proven experience in Operations Management.

Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight: Take charge of daily operations across diverse business lines, expertly handling business analysis and vendor partnerships.
Performance Management: Drive consistent achievement of KPIs with a strong emphasis on service levels, customer satisfaction, and quality excellence.
Strategic Planning: Play a key role in shaping long-term strategies, delivering insightful project reports, and leading change control initiatives.
Risk & Compliance: Proactively monitor risks and ensure all activities align with legal requirements and internal policies.
Talent Development: Inspire and nurture teams, enhancing their capabilities while supporting vital decision-making processes.
Process Excellence: Lead the charge in analyzing systems to uncover and implement impactful process improvements.
