The Role:

• Process loan applications supplied by Michael Xia, the mortgage broker
• Workshop the loan scenario, including product research, serviceability, and document verification
• Work closely with admin support members on the preparation of loan applications
• Manage the loan application from preparation and packaging and assessment
• Liaise with bank assessors, BDMs, legal professionals and clients

The Candidate:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of loan processing experience (as a AU bank loan assessor or broker-side loan processor)
• Must possess strong attention to detail and be highly organised.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and work well in a busy high-pressure environment
• An understanding of lending practices, and loan structures and familiarity with lenders and processes
• Ability to think proactively and problem solve
• Ability to interpret a set of financial statements, tax returns, and Business Group Structure
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
