Content Producer

• Act as on-camera or on-mic host for interviews, explainers, product features, and brand storytelling.
• Develop scripts, talking points, and show outlines that match brand voice and audience interests.
• Collaborate with video editors and multimedia artists to turn scripts into finished content.
• Stay updated on trending topics, formats, and platform algorithms (especially in the Philippines).
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of episodes or posts.
• Gather feedback and iterate on content performance.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Production, Creative Writing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, writing, broadcasting, or hosting (YouTube, podcast, TV, radio, or digital shows).
• Strong writing and editing skills in English (Filipino bilingual is a plus but not required).
• Comfortable on camera or microphone with natural, engaging delivery.
• Basic understanding of video/audio production workflows (no need to be an editor, but able to brief editors clearly).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• - Nice to Have:
• Experience hosting a podcast, YouTube channel, or live stream.
• Basic skills in CapCut, Canva, or Audacity for quick edits.
• Familiar with SEO and keyword research for content optimization.
• Has an existing social media following or content portfolio.
• Knows how to write for short-form video (TikTok/Reels scripts).
• Experience with guest coordination or interview booking.

• Monthly salary: PHP 28,000 – 50,000 (negotiable based on experience and on-camera/hosting ability)
