As our Travel & Admin Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone behind every smooth itinerary, every on-time pickup, and every satisfied guest. If you're organized, proactive, and excited by the travel industry, we want to meet you.
What you'll handle- Build and coordinate detailed tour schedules and itineraries
- Liaise with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders on logistics
- Manage ticket arrangements, bookings, and travel documentation
- Monitor and update domestic travel destination information
- Provide admin support across the operations team
- Assist during holidays and weekends when needed
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating is an advantage
- Strong monitoring, coordination, and follow-through skills
- Clear communicator — written and verbal English
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets
- Knowledgeable about Cebu and domestic travel destinations
- Can start as soon as possible
