Finance Supervisor (Davao City)

Job Description

The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing accounting and bookkeeping functions, including account reconciliations, month-end closing activities, and financial statement preparation. This role also involves ensuring compliance with external audit requirements and relevant regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

Oversee bookkeeping and accounting operations, including account reconciliations and master data management.

Conduct month-end closing procedures and prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with PFRS.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and proper documentation of transactions.

Support external audit processes and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Stay updated on accounting regulations, principles, and industry standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

You must be a college graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

You must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

You must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of PFRS.

You must have experience with external audit requirements and compliance regulations.

You must have ERP experience. Experience in Dynamics is a plus. Solid MS Office apps (Excel, PPT, etc.) experience is a must.

Work Schedule:Regular shift (9 am 6 pm)
