Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Install and configure computer systems and applications.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT infrastucture.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of network equipment.

Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related course.

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledgeable of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with network protocols and basic network troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Physically fit for the job.
