ACTIVITIES
- Look for opportunities that can be introduced to the station lot areas in synergy with the existing businesses of Retail.
- Present to Management such opportunities to decide whether to pursue the initiative. Coordinate the meeting to include Retail Business, Retail Development (Locators), SFS and Retail Optimization teams monthly.
- Coordinate with companies that may be interested in investing in business(es), focused primarily on Outdoor Advertising media, at the retail stations.
- Retail stations have prime locations and possible space opportunities for Outdoor Advertising and locators.
- Current competition has already installed Outdoor Advertising media in their stations to maximize lease opportunities and add attraction to their sites.
- Possible Joint-Ventures with these businesses may augment Retail’s ability to generate additional revenue from the leased properties.
- Augment the company’s ability to push its own brand and products through these available media.
- Generate revenue through JV partnership with Outdoor Advertising companies to set up static and dynamic billboards in various TPC retail sites.
- Ensure that project timelines are executed without delay so that investments are recovered as projects. Coordinate with all departments concerned as needed.
- Conduct a monthly BR and quarterly PIR for each of the existing projects that have been set up to assess if they are being optimized in terms of getting the maximum revenue per projection.
- Development and implementation of possible business opportunities that is/are aligned with the varying plans and objectives of the Retail Division.
- Manage projects based on approved budgets, permits, safety and other important parameters.
- Business/Engineering graduate
- Has implemented strategies project development, process and procedures enhancement
- Has at least 10 years experience at a managerial capacity
- Should have at least 5 years hands-on Retail/Sales and Outdoor Advertising experience
- Experience in handling personnel is an advantage
- Very good interpersonal communication and negotiating skills
- Computer literate (ex. Excel, Word, etc.)
- Has a valid driver’s license
- Good English & Tagalog verbal and written skills
