Store Manager (Nueva Ecija)

The Store Manager is responsible in managing store operations & activities including but not limited to sales & marketing, inventory management, cash handling, credit & collection, customer service, branch control of funds, assets and personnel in accordance to the approved company policies and procedures.

• Must ensure monthly achievement of financial target for Motorcycle sales (Cash & Installment Basis), SPAO (Spare Parts, Accessories, Apparels & Oil) Sales and Service Shop Income thru efficient & effective utilization of resources.
• Plans, monitors & control inflow and outflow of stocks in the branch which includes, fixed assets, equipments, office supplies, motorcycle stocks, SPAO, service shop machines & tools and must safeguard it from loss or damage.
• Must ensure effective management & safekeeping of branch petty cash and collection (cash & check intended for the payment of motorcycle, SPAO, service fees for the company or to financing).
• Ensure proper implementation of customer management program which includes the conduct of customer satisfaction survey, processing customer complaints and store image management.
• Must implement programs & measures in order to improve store image, cleanliness & orderliness of workplace and productivity.

• Graduate of Business Administration major in Management, Marketing and any other related courses.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience, with 2 years extensive supervisory / managerial experience gained from a motorcycle dealership, lending / financing company or similar financial institution.
• Working knowledge in Sales & Marketing, Credit & Collection, Cash Handling and Inventory Management.
• Must be willing to conduct reliever duties whenever there is a branch in need of assistance; will it be resignation, turnovers, and/or maternity leave of current branch manager.
• Willing to work on Shifting Schedule / Weekends.
