Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. This role involves the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment, with a focus on VRF and water-cooled systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of providing excellent service to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform installation, repair, and troubleshooting of various HVAC equipment.
2. Manage the installation and maintenance of VRF air conditioning systems and water cooler systems.
3. Conduct cleaning, adjustment, and repair of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
4. Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency repair requests.
5. Perform basic electrical circuit work as required for HVAC systems.
6. Commission and decommission HVAC equipment as needed.
7. Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
8. Report any issues encountered during projects to ensure successful completion.
9. Assist with other coordination tasks as directed by the Project In Charge.

Job Requirements:

1. At least a high school graduate or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the service and repair of HVAC equipment.
3. Preferably possess an NCII certification in Domestic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
4. Proficient in the principles of VRF systems and water-cooled systems.
5. Ability to assess and diagnose faults in air-conditioning systems and provide effective solutions.
6. Experienced in handling general HVAC equipment and system failures.
7. Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
