About the role

In this full-time role based in Imus City, Cavite, you will play a critical part in the company's electrical engineering operations, contributing to the successful delivery of energy solutions.As a Field Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and components across various project sites.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and implement solutions
- Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and work plans related to electrical engineering activities
- Provide technical guidance and support to field technicians and electrical contractors
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of electrical engineering processes and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Electrical Engineer or in a similar role within the energy industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and installation best practices
- Proficient in the use of electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
