Customer Service Representative (Airlines) Bridgetown Site

We're looking for Experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Airline Account. If you have relevant customer service experience and are ready for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Respond to inquiries regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, travel requirements, and other airline services.
• Resolve customer concerns while adhering to company policies and service standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
• Meet performance metrics, including quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
• Stay updated on airline policies, promotions, and operational changes.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate, senior high school graduate, or college graduate (based on company requirements).
• At least more than 1 year to 4 yrs experience of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
