Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Officer Specialist to lead and execute field-based recruitment activities for domestic workers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a hands-on approach and the ability to travel extensively for on-site sourcing, community engagement, and candidate screening.This role is pivotal in building a pipeline of qualified and reliable domestic workers to meet client needs efficiently and ethically.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic workers, with a focus on field-based activities.
Conduct outreach campaigns in rural and urban communities to identify and attract potential candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with local leaders, training centers, NGOs, and other recruitment channels.
Organize and host recruitment events, job fairs, and on-site interviews in target locations.
Perform initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability.
Ensure all recruited candidates meet legal, ethical, and company compliance standards.
Collaborate with training departments to align recruitment efforts with skill development programs.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate databases, and progress reports.
Provide mentoring and support to junior recruitment staff in field practices and ethical hiring standards.
Report regularly to management on recruitment metrics and field activity results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience considered.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on blue-collar or domestic worker recruitment.
Proven experience in field-based recruitment or community outreach.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
Fluency in [Local Language] and English; other regional dialects are a plus.
Knowledge of labor laws, ethical recruitment practices, and documentation requirements.
