Operations Manager
Location: Metro ManilaDepartment: Operations
Reports To: Head of Operations
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations
- Manage shipment scheduling, routing, and dispatch to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor KPIs including delivery accuracy, turnaround time, and cost efficiency
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
- Lead, train, and evaluate staff to improve performance and accountability
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management
- Drive process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity
- Support strategic planning and expansion initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management (preferably supervisory)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Knowledge of logistics systems, fleet management, and inventory control
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics software / ERP systems
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
