Purchasing Officer (Tolling and Leasing)

• Professional Experience: Minimum 2-5 years procurement or supply chain roles.
• Proven experience in monitoring leasing operations, material sourcing and inventory tracking and handling supplier coordination and reporting coverage gaps.

Core Skills and Competencies:

• Forecast alignment with consumption and delivery schedules.
• Strong understanding of raw material and packaging usage analytics.
• Skilled in coverage reporting, especially for packaging and feedtags.
• Expertise in SAP or equivalent procurement/ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for usage tracking, cost analysis, and stock reconciliation.
• Effective communication for supplier engagement and internal coordination
• Strategic problem-solving to preempt inventory risks and supplier issues.
• Ability to handle cross-functional coordination across production, warehousing, and finance teams

• Focuses on local sourcing and operational execution
• Collaborates with Production to understand raw material demand.
• Prepares Interwarehouse Transfer Requests in line with forecasted needs.
• Coordinates with Purchasing Officers on PO issuance and delivery timelines
• Oversees delivery to tolling partners, including consumption tracking and reconciling usage.

• Executes local and imported purchases for packaging materials.
• Updates delivery schedules and truck monitoring to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitors inventory and consumption, including both local and imported stocks.
• Prepares Coverage Reports for packaging materials to support visibility and control.

• Handles local procurement of feedtags and labeling materials.
• Tracks inventory and consumption, similar to packaging.
• Updates delivery schedules and Truck monitoring.
