AR Supervisor

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections and minimize overdue balances.
• Review and reconcile customer ledgers and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare AR aging reports and collection status updates for Management.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team, Customer Service, and Logistics to resolve payment and delivery concerns.
• Ensure accurate recording of collections, credit memos, and adjustments.
• Monitor customer credit limits and recommend appropriate credit actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the AR team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities and support external audits.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance collection efficiency and cash flow.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is required.
• Strong knowledge of AR processes, credit management, collections, and customer account reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience handling distributors, modern trade, or general trade accounts is an advantage.
