Building Engineer - Electrical

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building maintenance inspection and issues.
• Knowledgeable in administrative or maintenance report issues and creates task assignments for subordinates.
• Resolve design and development problems.
• Supervise and monitors day-to-day operation and/ or construction-related activities.
• Ensure project structures run smoothly and are completed within the stipulated time and budget.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate head and/ or higher management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Electrical Engineer
• At least 2 years’ Experience Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in project estimating, planning, and supervision is highly recommended.
• Possess strong organizational and negotiation skills in dealing with the contractor and suppliers.
• Must be highly motivated and a team player.
• Can work with minimum supervision.
• Has extensive experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Proficient in plan evaluation and interpretation
• Willing to work as a Full-Time employee and able to be relocated to Mandaue City.
• Can start to work as soon as possible.
