Job Description

• Conduct thorough OT evaluations and assessments
• Create individualized, goal-oriented therapy plans
• Provide fun, evidence-based interventions for sensory, motor, cognitive, and behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team: STs, PTs, SPEDs, and doctors
• Educate parents on home strategies for carryover
• Use our digital EMR system for documentation and progress tracking
• Participate in trainings, case conferences, and team meetings
• Create a safe, engaging therapy space for every child

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (PRC required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Pediatric experience preferred (but fresh board passers are welcome!)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate, patient, and creative when working with kids
• Willing to work onsite in Bacoor, Cavite
• Tech-savvy or willing to learn EMR
• Committed to a minimum of 32 hours/week
