Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive E-commerce Specialist to support the continued growth of our direct-to-consumer brands across e-commerce, customer service, email marketing, social media, and influencer engagement. This is a fast-paced and varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple brands and can confidently manage both operational and creative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Storefront Management- Product uploads and updates
- Inventory and pricing management
- Collection management
- Order processing and returns
- Basic storefront maintenance
- Build and schedule email campaigns
- Maintain automated flows including:
- Welcome flows
- Abandoned cart flows
- Post-purchase flows
- Win-back flows
- Audience segmentation
- A/B testing and reporting
- Create Canva assets for:
- Social media Email marketing
- Product graphics
- Promotional materials
- Blog content
- Schedule and publish content across:
- TikTok
- Community engagement and DM responses
- Identify suitable influencers and creators
- Conduct outreach and relationship management
- Coordinate gifting campaigns
- Track content deliverables and campaign performance
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and social media
- Manage returns and refunds
- Maintain FAQ documentation
- Prepare weekly e-commerce performance reports including:
- Revenue
- Website traffic
- Conversion rates
- Average order value
- Email campaign metrics
Qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an E-commerce Specialist, E-commerce Assistant, or Virtual Assistant role supporting a direct-to-consumer brand
- Strong hands-on Shopify experience
- Experience using Klaviyo for campaigns, segmentation, and email flows
- Proficiency with Canva
- Experience with influencer outreach and campaign coordination
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience with Lovable or similar low-code/AI website builders
- Experience within health, wellness, supplements, beauty, or pharmaceutical industries
- Familiarity with Australian or New Zealand e-commerce markets
- Experience using influencer platforms such as Aspire, GRIN, Tribe, hashtag#paid, or Cohley
- TikTok Shop or Instagram Shopping experience
- Basic editing skills
- Klaviyo certification
- Reliable, organised, and accountable
- Comfortable working across multiple brands and priorities
- Proactive and solutions-focused
- Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information
- Strong communicator who provides regular updates and follows through on tasks
Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an E-commerce Specialist, E-commerce Assistant, or Virtual Assistant role supporting a direct-to-consumer brand
- Strong hands-on Shopify experience
- Experience using Klaviyo for campaigns, segmentation, and email flows
