Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive E-commerce Specialist to support the continued growth of our direct-to-consumer brands across e-commerce, customer service, email marketing, social media, and influencer engagement. This is a fast-paced and varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple brands and can confidently manage both operational and creative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Product uploads and updates
• Inventory and pricing management
• Collection management
• Order processing and returns
• Basic storefront maintenance

• Build and schedule email campaigns
• Maintain automated flows including:
• Welcome flows
• Abandoned cart flows
• Post-purchase flows
• Win-back flows
• Audience segmentation
• A/B testing and reporting

• Create Canva assets for:
• Social media Email marketing
• Product graphics
• Promotional materials
• Blog content

• Schedule and publish content across:
• Instagram
• Facebook
• TikTok
• Community engagement and DM responses

• Identify suitable influencers and creators
• Conduct outreach and relationship management
• Coordinate gifting campaigns
• Track content deliverables and campaign performance

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and social media
• Manage returns and refunds
• Maintain FAQ documentation

• Prepare weekly e-commerce performance reports including:
• Revenue
• Website traffic
• Conversion rates
• Average order value
• Email campaign metrics

Qualifications and requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an E-commerce Specialist, E-commerce Assistant, or Virtual Assistant role supporting a direct-to-consumer brand
• Strong hands-on Shopify experience
• Experience using Klaviyo for campaigns, segmentation, and email flows
• Proficiency with Canva
• Experience with influencer outreach and campaign coordination
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Experience with Lovable or similar low-code/AI website builders
• Experience within health, wellness, supplements, beauty, or pharmaceutical industries
• Familiarity with Australian or New Zealand e-commerce markets
• Experience using influencer platforms such as Aspire, GRIN, Tribe, hashtag#paid, or Cohley
• TikTok Shop or Instagram Shopping experience
• Basic editing skills
• Klaviyo certification

• Strong communicator who provides regular updates and follows through on tasks

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
