Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst - Muntinlupa

The Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst will be responsible in contributing to the growth and profitability of the company and its affiliates by enhancing portfolio management, corporate support, and operations.

This position is responsible in producing analysis, visualizations and presentations on financial and operational trends, developing improved reporting and analytics, and managing various data systems to generate novel insights.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create visualizations and presentations on financial and operational trends, goals, and objectives.
• Develop and improve reporting and analytics to promote transparency and effective management.
• Manage and cross-reference data from various systems to produce novel insights.
• Attend corporate staff meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.
• Contribute to strategic planning processes and continuous improvement efforts.
• Develop reports, charts, graphs, and other data visualizations to support the needs of investors, asset managers, and operations team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or any other related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience as Business Intelligence Analyst with strong background in creating presentations, reporting, data visualization and analytics, process improvement and project management.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts in both written and verbal techniques.
• Preferably with experience as well in communicating at different levels within the organization esp. with business leaders.
• Preferred but not required: Experience in using Vena Solutions, YARDI Voyager, YARDI Spreadsheet Language (YSL) and/or Extensible Markup Language (XML).
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications specially Excel.
• Has high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical and time management skills.
• Amenable to Work on Night Shift.
