The Digital Marketing Assistant supports digital marketing campaigns and customer lead management activities to ensure efficient generation, tracking, and conversion of customer inquiries into dealership sales opportunitmies.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in digital marketing support, CRM management, or lead generation operations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good coordination and communication abilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and manage incoming digital leads from marketing platforms.
- Coordinate with dealers to ensure timely response and follow-up with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of lead information and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
- Assist in monitoring digital advertising performance and lead generation metrics.
- Prepare periodic reports on digital lead performance and conversion outcomes.
