ESL Program Manager- Coordinate the program which serves students who are limited English proficient.
- Provide direction, consultation, and supervision to program employees when needed.
- Develop and implement short and long range plans for the efficient operation of the ESL Program.
- Coordinate with school personnel, students, and parents to resolve issues/problems related to the individual rights of the limited English proficient student.
- Attend meetings and conferences which apply to the areas of ESL.
- In-charge of purchasing needed supplies, textbooks, and materials for the ESL Program.
- Coordinate and conduct initial SLEPT Test for incoming students.
- Point person for coordinating test accommodations for TOEFL.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Experience in an international setting
Excellent oral and written communications skills
TEFL certified; knowledgeable in TOEFL/TOEIC
Competent in content & curriculum
