GENERAL FUNCTION:
The Sales Staff is responsible for promoting and selling products or services, representing the brand professionally, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role aims to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies.The position also requires handling customer inquiries, maintaining updated knowledge of the company's offerings, and supporting store operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
A. Education & Skills- College level or graduate of any Business, Marketing, or related course
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant computer applications
- Familiarity with social media platforms for online and live selling
- At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a retail environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Store Manager in providing excellent customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with store policies related to inventory audits, financial transactions, and discount procedures.
- Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide product information to enhance customer engagement.
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, and balance transactions.
- Guide customers in locating and selecting merchandise within the store.
- Actively cross-sell and upsell products to increase sales.
- Contribute to achieving the store’s sales targets.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge to support customer interactions.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Promote current sales campaigns and marketing offers to customers.
- Follow up with customers through calls, messages, or emails to build long-term relationships.
- Participate in social media activities, including Facebook posting and online/live selling.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Submit required reports such as daily and weekly sales updates and accomplishments.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be open to assignments in various store branches or office locations
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities as directed by management
