HR IT Systems Analyst
The Position
The HR-IT Systems Analyst is responsible for project deliverables to the HR IT team and must possess special technical knowledge of ADP Workforce Management Time & Attendance Software.
The HR-IT Systems Analyst is responsible for various project deliverables including analyzing, prioritizing, and governing project tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discussions for the design and configuration of ADP Workforce Management Time & Attendance systems.
- Understand and optimize the HR and IT operational processes for Time Management within the ADP Workforce Management system.
- Actively drives alignment between HR and IT stakeholders to ensure operational stability for ADP Workforce Management.
- Responsible for reviewing, estimating, and implementing enhancements to the ADP Workforce Management systems.
- Responsible for ensuring operational stability in ADP Workforce Management systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in implementation projects for ADP Workforce Management Time & Attendance Software.
- Strong technical expertise in ADP Workforce Management Software.
- Solid understanding of HR and IT HR concepts, specifically, in HR processes for Payroll and Time.
- Understand integration technologies within the SAP eco-system and platforms.
- Experienced supporting HR in the management of Time in ADP Workforce Management Time & Attendance Software.
- Experienced working within a multi-cultural and cross-functional organization in major global companies.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English with the ability to engage across different seniority levels.
- Demonstrates effective and timely decision-makings with strong conflict resolution/intervention skills.
- Able to balance the Big Picture's view with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
