Website Creation: Lead the end-to-end website creation process using WIX, WordPress, or similar website builder platforms, from concept through to launch, ensuring visually appealing and highly functional sites.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective website and graphic concepts.
- Web Graphics & Layout: Design and develop graphics, layouts, and visual elements for web pages, ensuring consistency with brand identity and modern design trends.
- Digital Asset Creation: Create digital assets for brochures, marketing collateral, and presentations using Canva and other similar tools.
- Presentation Design: Produce visually compelling presentations that communicate ideas clearly and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Creative Input: Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews, offering creative input to drive continuous improvement.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest website-building platform features, web design trends, and best practices to deliver innovative solutions.
- User Experience Optimization: Conduct user journey research and test site functionality to optimize usability and user experience.
- Image & Brand Support: Support digital retouching, image editing, and the design of logos or other branding materials as needed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective design execution.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in web and graphic design, with a strong focus on digital platforms and end-to-end website projects.
- Web Design & Development: Proven ability to design and build websites using WIX or similar visual web editors and website-building platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Weebly, Hostinger Website Builder, and GoDaddy Website Builder. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Graphic Design Expertise: Strong background in graphic design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and composition for both web and print media. Ability to create digital assets like brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- UX/UI Knowledge: Understanding of UX/UI principles, user journey research, and ability to apply current web design trends to optimize usability and user experience.
- Digital Branding & Content Creation: Experience with digital branding, maintaining design systems, and creating cohesive visual identities across platforms.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with multiple design and website-building tools, including WIX, WordPress, Webflow, Weebly, Hostinger Website Builder, GoDaddy Website Builder, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with front-end technologies.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development, and present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to feedback, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
