Cad Operator

Job Summary:

This position is open to skilled fresh graduates and qualified vocational graduates with strong drafting skills and willingness to support site requirements when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D shop drawings and layouts for auxiliary electrical systems such as lighting, power, FDAS, CCTV, PA systems, and structured cabling.
• Assist in the design and development of auxiliary systems for small to medium-sized projects.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and schematics to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in creating and revising 3D models when required.
• Produce as-built drawings and implement revisions based on engineer or site instructions.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Provide technical support during project implementation and assist other members of the design team.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site surveys, ocular inspections, and client meetings to gather necessary information for system design.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to refine and improve design solutions.
• Maintain organized drawing files, documentation, and accurate records of design revisions.
• Support material take-offs and assist in project documentation as needed.

• Open to skilled fresh graduates (entry-level position).
• At least 1 year of experience and exposure to CAD is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D); knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of auxiliary/low-voltage systems (CCTV, FDAS, data, structured cabling, etc.) is an advantage.
• Must be residing in or near Quezon City.
• Willing to travel and conduct occasional project site visits.
• Having a motorcycle is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
