Job Summary
Responsible for all Front End Operations which includes safety, security, housekeeping, customer service, and monetary handling with the end goal of achieving excellent customer service and shopping experience for club members translating to sales and repeat business.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities- Ensure preparation of Front End Operations, specifically check-out counters and personnel, before store opening.
- Conducts the appropriate training for all cashiers and baggers for them to attain company's high expectation on customer service and fast and efficient check-out department.
- Accurately monitors the mark-down items/promo items/volume shopping transaction for inventory purposes.
- Ensure that all cash sales and credit sales are properly documented and turned over to the vault every after store hours.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skills: Cashiering, POS, Customer Service, Analytical skills, Computer literacy.
- Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General, Customer Service or equivalent.
