- Onboarding Operations Management
- Oversee scheduling and facilitation of new hire orientations, assessments, and documentation.
- Ensure onboarding processes comply with HR policies and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and track completion of requirements.
- Team Supervision & Support
- Guide and support onboarding coordinators in conducting orientations and managing documentation.
- Monitor daily onboarding activities and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Coach and develop team members to improve efficiency and quality of onboarding delivery.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and training teams to align onboarding activities with business needs.
- Act as a point of contact for recruitment and onboarding-related queries.
- Ensure timely communication of updates and requirements to relevant departments.
- Process Improvement & Reporting
- Identify gaps in onboarding procedures and recommend enhancements.
- Experiment with tools and methods to optimize onboarding efficiency.
- Provide regular reports to HR leadership on onboarding metrics, challenges, and successes.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all contracts, acknowledgement forms, and onboarding documents are properly executed and filed.
- Uphold data privacy and confidentiality standards in handling employee records.
- Maintain audit readiness by enforcing documentation rigor and compliance with HR policies.
Qualifications & Experience
Education- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources – Talent Acquisition, preferably with exposure to the Healthcare industry.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS tools is an advantage.
Leadership & Technical Competencies
Technical & Behavioral Competencies- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
