  1. Onboarding Operations Management
  • Oversee scheduling and facilitation of new hire orientations, assessments, and documentation.
  • Ensure onboarding processes comply with HR policies and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and track completion of requirements.
  1. Team Supervision & Support
  • Guide and support onboarding coordinators in conducting orientations and managing documentation.
  • Monitor daily onboarding activities and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve efficiency and quality of onboarding delivery.
  1. Stakeholder Coordination
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and training teams to align onboarding activities with business needs.
  • Act as a point of contact for recruitment and onboarding-related queries.
  • Ensure timely communication of updates and requirements to relevant departments.
  1. Process Improvement & Reporting
  • Identify gaps in onboarding procedures and recommend enhancements.
  • Experiment with tools and methods to optimize onboarding efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports to HR leadership on onboarding metrics, challenges, and successes.
  1. Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all contracts, acknowledgement forms, and onboarding documents are properly executed and filed.
  • Uphold data privacy and confidentiality standards in handling employee records.
  • Maintain audit readiness by enforcing documentation rigor and compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications & Experience

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Professional Experience
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources – Talent Acquisition, preferably with exposure to the Healthcare industry.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS tools is an advantage.
