We're looking for experienced Interior Design BIM Modelers to join our growing international team and work on luxury hotels, premium residential developments, commercial workplaces, retail, and landmark interior fit-out projects.
What You'll Do
As part of our BIM team, you'll create accurate, coordinated Revit models that help transform design concepts into buildable reality. Your work will directly support project delivery from design development through to LOD 500 As-Built models.
Your responsibilities include:
- Develop Interior Design BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Produce coordinated LOD 300, LOD 400 and LOD 500 BIM models.
- Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings and as-built documentation.
- Model ceilings, partitions, bespoke joinery, furniture, wall and floor finishes.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines.
- Resolve clashes and improve constructability.
- Deliver high-quality work within project deadlines.
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Interior Design BIM modelling.
- Advanced Autodesk Revit skills.
- Good AutoCAD knowledge.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out construction and detailing.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Desirable:
- Middle East project experience
- Navisworks Manage
- Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360
- ISO 19650 knowledge
