Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent degree.
  • At least 1-4 years hands-on working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of system(s) functions, security policies, technical security safeguards and operational security measures
  • Experience in handling Microsoft Platforms using Windows Server 2008, Micrsoft Exchange and Active Directory server a plus
  • Basic web programming skills a plus
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Flexible, fast learner, critical thinker, self-motivated and a team player
  • Can work independently
  • Applicants should be a Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Salary Range Php20,000 - P25,000 - depending on aptitude, attitude, capability and experience

Responsibilities:

  1. Provides hands-on desktop support to users experiencing issues with internet access,
software, hardware, LAN connectivity and other common IT problems.
  1. Troubleshoot, diagnose and correct hardware or software problems. Provide cusotmer
centered support and solution for the users.
  1. Provide training for new users,routine training on technology transfer, software upgrades
and minor user-level troubleshooting.
  1. Monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, computer hardware, local area
network, access points, printers, copiers, mobile devices, CCTV and other IT peripherals.
  1. Installation and deployment of company approved computer hardware, operating system,
software applications, printers, access points, LAN cabling and other IT equipment.
  1. Maintain detailed records of equipment inventory, location map of all equipment, changes

in software or network configuration, software installations, and inventory of all purchased

software licenses.
  1. Assess the need of the users. Stays current on technology, network products, and related

IT services. Recommends to procure or to replace hardware/software to provide cost-

effective and efficient tools for the users and ensure IT infrastructure is efficient and reliable.

Submit findings to management for final evaluation.
  1. Provide maintenance and support of phone and voicemail systems: add or deactivate users,
interface with support vendors; train new users, create and distribute user documentation,
process invoices for phone services (local, long-distance, mobile).
  1. Compile purchase request forms in order to maintain an inventoried stock of peripheral
equipment necessary to support offices.
  1. Submit weekly and monthly reports of all IT related activities
  2. Perform other duties as assigned.
