Promoter

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Insta360 products by engaging customers, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Insta360 products, promotions, and competitor offerings through continuous training and learning.
• Ensure proper product display, stock monitoring, and compliance with merchandising standards within the assigned store.
• Submit accurate sales and activity reports, while providing customer feedback and market insights to management.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with product setup and basic troubleshooting, and maintaining a professional brand image at all times.

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School Graduate; College level or graduate is an advantage.
• With experience in retail sales, merchandising, or product promotion is preferred.
• Experience in consumer electronics, gadgets, cameras, or technology products is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality.
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Willing to be assigned to different retail locations as required.
