Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead the Quezon City branch. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring seamless event execution while maintaining the brand’s high service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the facility, including event coordination, staff scheduling, and property maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational standards
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and corporate departments
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and resource allocation
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly
• Implement policies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
• Prepare regular reports on branch performance and operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in operations or facility management, preferably in hospitality or events
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations-related software/tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and lead cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in facility operations
• Willing to attend a face-to-face interview in Makati City
