A growing retail company, with more than 50 years in the business, is looking for a Warehouse Assistant Manager to manage storage, distribution, and inventory processes at a busy distribution facility. This role ensures that goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Report discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

• Oversee receipt of shipments and verify them against purchase orders.
• Ensure proper labeling and categorization of inventory.
• Organize storage to maximize space utilization and accessibility.

• Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of products.
• Coordinate with logistics teams for efficient delivery schedules.
• Monitor order accuracy and minimize fulfillment errors.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Train and enforce safety protocols for warehouse staff.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant warehouse management experience.
• Background in high-volume industries such as retail or food service preferred.
• Willing to work on-site in Quezon City in a warehouse set-up location.
