Job Description

1. General summary:

• the finance manager ls responsible for the financial controlling, P&l planning & analyzing, rolling forecast & reporting, and serve as a business partner by providing financial analysis and support to business team while as the Gatekeeper.

1. Major Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the End-to-End control on the respective projects from the topline to the cost/expense, from the initial benchmark to rolling KPI metrics etc.
2. Be responsible for monitoring the financial regular closing, prepare financial consolidation report and delivery on time in terms of various dimensions e.g. ASAC/MoF/Poly Group etc.
3. Ensure the rolling outcome of project can be properly reflected on the respective financial report of each fiscal year; identify the potential risks and analyze the root causes etc.
4. Provide essential support to the system and/or process integration & optimization.
5. As one of the key financial contributors to provide qualified financial support internally unpaternally Inc., typical financial metrics comparison, as well as business model evaluation. liaison for the statutory auditing and other internal or external auditing tasks
6. others ad-hoc tasks

1. Majors in financial, accounting, economic degree or similar qualifications
2. At least 6+ years similar position, BlG4 or similar industry experience is a plus
3. Highly integrity, hands-on and complete understanding of financial statements and financial process
4. Outstanding analytical capabilities and presentation skill, excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skill
5. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and holistic view; familiar with lFRS and PRC GAAP
6. Excellent communication skill as well as good team worker, be able to work independently under pressure and result orientation
7. Always can-do attitude and strong execution capability with proactive thinking
8. ERP implementation or digitalization experience ls a plus
9. Excellent command of English and Mandarin in writing and speaking
