End-to-End Payroll processing for US and Canada including but not limited to the following:

• Dedicated to handle the Government pay group
• Oracle Payroll processing for all cycles bi-weekly, weekly and daily
• Analysis of payroll prior to approvals to ensure compliance, as well as issues and escalations from employees, Human Capital, Finance, and other stakeholders that require immediate attention
• Handle multiple projects and lead special projects as required
• Work on problems and escalations of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
• Subject Matter Expert for payroll projects
• Provides training and consultation of the day to day processes to other team members
• Create and update process documentations (SOP) and ensure its accuracy.

• 5+ years of experience processing payroll for large multinational organizations for US (and CAN is preferred)
• Excellent knowledge and experience in processing US and/or CAN end-to-end payroll processing
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills and KPI
• Excellent skills in Microsoft products and tools
• Knowledge on US Government Reporting
• Ability to handle multiple projects, and lead special projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Expert in Sarbanes Oxley rules and regulations
• In-depth knowledge and experience of Kronos and Oracle Payroll
• Technical aptitude ability to learn, troubleshoot and understand technical problems
• Great interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse population
• Able to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of employee and payroll data. High level of integrity and judgment
• Demonstrated multi-tasking capability and proven success in a fast-paced environment
• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
• Works independently, receives little guidance.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
• Demonstrates sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
