JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of the Division Chief, the Administrative Aide II delivers outgoing documents to government offices and stakeholders within Metro Manila and prepares and files transmittal sheets.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  1. Delivers outgoing documents to government offices and stakeholders within Metro Manila;
  2. Prepares transmittal sheets for outgoing documents;
  3. Updates the delivery status of documents in the monitoring tool and PASPAS-GIS;
  4. Files transmittal sheets and request for messengerial forms;
  5. Prepares feedback, accomplishment reports, and other reports as required;
  6. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Outputs:

  1. Delivered documents;
  2. Delivery receipts;
  3. Delivery status updates;
  4. Filed transmittal sheets, routing slips and messengerial request forms;
  5. Reports.

If two (2) or more vacant positions with the same title and Salary Grade are published at the same time, and there is only one (1) longlist of applicants provided by HRMDS, additional two (2) applicants for every regular position will be added on top five (5) highest rating.
