JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Division Chief, the Administrative Aide II delivers outgoing documents to government offices and stakeholders within Metro Manila and prepares and files transmittal sheets.
Functions and Responsibilities:
- Delivers outgoing documents to government offices and stakeholders within Metro Manila;
- Prepares transmittal sheets for outgoing documents;
- Updates the delivery status of documents in the monitoring tool and PASPAS-GIS;
- Files transmittal sheets and request for messengerial forms;
- Prepares feedback, accomplishment reports, and other reports as required;
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
