WE ARE HIRING: Digital Marketing Specialist

Office-Based Role | Immediate Start | Morning Shift

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, performance-focused, and capable of delivering measurable growth across SEO, paid media, and digital campaigns.

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page)
• Drive organic growth and lead generation performance
• Manage CRM campaigns and automation inside HubSpot
• Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Manage and optimise website content (blogs, landing pages, website copy)
• Build and optimise funnels, landing pages, email workflows, and automations
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and deliver clear reporting
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to improve conversion outcomes

• Proven hands-on experience in SEO with measurable results
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (CRM, automation, and campaign execution)
• Demonstrated experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager)
• Strong content management and optimisation experience
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs / SEMrush or similar)
• Ability to execute campaigns from strategy through to delivery
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance and ROI
• Portfolio of previous work is required
